unbridled greed

Half the fun of playing ball as a kid was in putting on your uniform and pretending to be on the team whose name your jersey bore. When I was ten my team was the Pirates. I watched Pittsburgh on TV. I bought baseball cards. I pretended to play for the Pirates. But now kids can't exercise their imaginations anymore, especially when it comes to sports. As if the MLB needed anymore bad PR right now...they really thought this was a good idea?
